By using Penny, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We might update these terms from time to time, but we'll let you know when we do.

2. Our Service

Penny is an AI assistant for your finances. We help you send money, check your balance, and get financial advice through WhatsApp. We aren't a bank themselves, but we connect to your existing bank accounts to help you manage things.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your phone and WhatsApp account secure. Any action taken through your account is considered yours. If you see anything suspicious, let us know immediately.

4. Using the AI

Our AI gives advice based on the data you share. But it's not a licensed financial advisor. Always double-check important decisions. We try our best to be accurate, but AI can sometimes make mistakes.

5. Ending the Service

You can stop using Penny whenever you want. We can also stop providing the service if we feel these rules are being broken.
